A classic case of shoulda looked before posting? :D

Those dates are when they pay your bank, the bank takes a few days before it lets you have your own money.

    Hello everyone

Has anyone ever had problems being paid by MF? I just joined them and they insist my first payment was successful but there was no deposit in my bank account?!?!

No problems for me over the past year. Always found them to be very clear on what was being paid and when and the payments have always gone in on time. If only all the MS companies had such a clear system for payments, shame the fees aren't always as good as the payment system :(

It does take a few days for the payment to show up in the bank normally though as per the info on their site.

Unfortunately it's been over 2 weeks from when the money was paid

It doesn't show as MF in your bank. It comes through as RetailEyes. (previous name?)

Of all the MS companies, I've never had any problems with MF payments.

When was the payment made? Normally the one thing MF do right is pay people.

RA payment - but who knows for what - doesn't match any one job - may cover the fees for some jobs but not the expenses. Ridiculous.

Any idea which jobs? I changed my bank account details with them about 3 weeks ago andI'm trying to figure out if they have paid it into my old account (which I can't access online)

True, but it's worth knowing what you can expect if something does go wrong. Most companies behave professionally and would be quick to respond, apologise and rectify any error that might occur.

Retail active, however, refused to offer the most basic assistance. Even after we established that I had not been correctly paid, they went silent for two weeks and then found a flimsy excuse to try to blame me for their mess, rather than apologise for either the missed payment or their evasive behaviour in response to my complaint. I'm still waiting for the missing payment.

Even if most payments go through correctly (as you'd expect from any company) it's worth knowing what kind of service you can expect to receive in the event that something goes wrong. I would not be prepared to take any future assignments from them, after witnessing such casual disregard and unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes.

How a company behaves when things go wrong is what tells you how much trust you can really put in them.

This is a company I used to work for but not anymore:
About 18 months ago my son was involved in an extremely serious motor accident, prior to his accident I had agreed to do a visit for RA however, I completely forgot all about it as the only thing on my mind at the time was my son's welfare however, as soon as I realized I had missed the visit I sent an email apologizing and explaining the circumstances, I then received a 'rather unpleasant' phone call from RA who showed no empathy or understanding what so ever and dropped me like a 'hot potato' and I have had no work from them since! So, think I wholly agree with what you said in your post above: 'How a company behaves when things go wrong, tells you how much trust you can put in them'.

There's a few days delay between when they say they've paid you and when they actually pay you. I've never had a problem, just be patient! :)

Have you double checked the bank details you entered on the site?
