Hiya, has anyone had any payments in January from TNS? Just I had noticed that they seem to pay twice a month - 8th and 25th of the month..... TIA

Hi, here's a quick question for more experienced mystery shoppers, thank you so much for your thoughts if you can offer any :) I've done 30+ jobs for my first company (MF) and yesterday I gave what is possibly my most negative feedback ever, saying that the sm cafe I visited did a pretty poor meal and that I wasn't likely to return and listed various reasons for this. I can see that my payment is still pending, almost 24 hours later, while another one (much more positive, for a different shop) I did straight after has gone through no problem. I don't have any messages and have not heard from anyone but my payment hasn't gone through.

I just wanted to ask if this is usual, I don't think that I've waited very long at all for a payment to go through before -- is it common for it to hang around all day and can this be influenced by the company checking out the negativity?

(I must say I'm not concerned by this, just interested, hope that makes sense.)

    Thank you!

A classic case of shoulda looked before posting? :D

Those dates are when they pay your bank, the bank takes a few days before it lets you have your own money.

Yes, you could have worked for more than one allocator, one of the jobs may have needed proofing before the other or its been proofed out of turn. I had one visit sit for 4 days before it was proof read, it was urgent too.

If there is an issue with it they will let you know.

And ABAi paying for the December electricals now too.
  • RA payment - but who knows for what - doesn't match any one job - may cover the fees for some jobs but not the expenses. Ridiculous.

Twice in the last 24 hours received emails notifying me of different types of TNS train jobs, only to be told when I reply that I was sent the email in error. What are they playing at? Are these jobs offered on some sort of 'loyalty' basis? And if so, are the 50-odd PITA phone jobs I've now done not considered loyalty enough?

I think location had something to do with it. I'm a newbie and I picked up one, but I stay at the end of the line.
  • Hello everyone

Has anyone ever had problems being paid by MF? I just joined them and they insist my first payment was successful but there was no deposit in my bank account?!?!
