    If the drainpipe outside is a downpipe for the guttering from the conservatory and it was installed just for the conservatory there's a chance that the drain it discharges to just goes to a soakaway and is not connected to your mains drainage. It isn't suitable for the washing machine then.

    You really need to get someone in to price it for you.
