Doing the Meerkat when a delivery van turns up?

I did ask this question a few years back but with new members joining thought I'd re-ask it.
So when a delivery van of any type be it Royal Mail. UPS etc stops near your home do you do the meerkat which is not getting up from your seat but stretching your neck to see if they are coming to your door?

I've got a cat to do it for me.
As soon as he hears anyone coming to the front of the house, he's off like a shot to the side window to inspect the newcomer. Little kitty noseprints all over the glass.
Not had a surprise delivery yet, can't wait for the first!0 -

the delivery guys can never seem to find my place, so when they pull up outside, and they look lost, im straight outside asking if its for me! i must look desperate! more or likely its not for me0

I have a snowglobe on my windowsill, strategically placed to show anything that stops outside. The image is upside down, but I can see whether it's a car or a van Woe betide the deliveryman that rings my bell with a parcel and asks me to take it in for a neighbour! DH does it too. He doesn't enter competitions but he loves that I do and gets just as excited as me. 2019 Wins
