Hey Guys,
I need some help with Vodafone please.
Last year I took out a £15 per month sim only contract (It was £11 per month with a discount). My monthly bills was around the £20 mark and all good.
Then one month I had a massive bill of over £70. There was no way in hell I could pay that and no idea why it was so big.
It turned out something went wrong with my phone and it was getting charged £1.50 and £3 per txt. They said it was something to do with the internet and 3G.
I said my phone is not 3G and it's a really old Blackberry and they refunded a little bit and changed my number.
For the rest of the contract my phone was suspended so I could only take incoming calls. I was paying around £15 a month. But due to that massive bill and getting the new £15 a month it was not going down. The amount due.
In April the amount due was £113 and they agreed to change the sim over to PAYG so I could keep my number.
The sim never went over to PAYG & in the end i just needed to move to Tesco Mobile and use a new number.
I spoke to there collection team last week and they made me agree to £18 a month. I said i could not afford it. But due to them saying they will send me to prison I agreed.
I missed the payment last week (like I said I would) and this morning I had a call from fredrickson international asking for over £200.
The reason I am posting this in this forum is to trying and get help on the first £70 bill as i feel if I can get that error fixed the £113/£200 that is due will get removed due to the payments i made.
