You must wait to see if you do get a Notice to Keeper. It will arrive within 14 days if it is going to come within the prescribed time.
Wait till then and then come back to tell us what it says, particularly as to the times it says you were there.
But do nothing till then and only after getting our advice.0 -

Good you've started your own thread where you will get bespoke advice relating to your case and your case alone (note to anyone thinking of hijacking this thread - this belongs to Desmond, so [STRIKE]fo[/STRIKE] go and start your own!!).
Each PPC (generic term for private issuers of parking charges) must allow a 'grace period' to allow parkers to find a space, read the notice, decide if the conditions are acceptable and if not, leave.
This seems to fit your circumstances perfectly. However, avaricious PPCs seem to disregard this in the relentless pursuit of (your) money. Whether Excel will pursue on this basis remains to be seen.
All you can do meantime is wait to see what happens (via the post). But - you must use the time to read up on parking charges on this forum as, if a charge drops through your letterbox, it's not just a simple case of 'pass it to the forum and they'll deal with it for me' - no chance, too many people to help simultaneously. Your ticket, your problem to resolve, so you must do much of the leg work yourself.
We'll advise and fine tune for you, but we're not some firm of 'free advisers' - sorry, but that's the reality. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Bad day Umkomaas? :kisses3:
OP it is also worth having a read of the BPA CoP - it deals with 'grace period' and the PPCs have to comply with these provisions.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -
