I wonder if anyone can help me please.
I have Sky landline & broadband, which I want to receive in a building 70/80 metres away.
I can see the buildings roof from my bedroom window, through a couple of trees
Is there anyway I can achieve this at minimal cost please ?

At minimal cost, I would say no. I think you would be financially better off if you just stuck a new telephone line in the other building and put broadband on there. You can do it fairly cheaply and hope it works, but ideally you need guaranteed line of sight for that sort of distance.
I would only consider doing this for commercial reasons, IE extending a corporate LAN into a second office. But your option would be to purchase two wireless access points (Preferably proper 5ghz wireless bridges but most access points can be set up as a bridge) with suitable RP-TNC or SMA connectors, with suitable cabling and directional antennas, mount each antenna on each roof, in direct line of sight to each other. Run cabling from each antenna to each access point as short as possible due to high signal loss in the coax, then cable each access point into your LAN.
Also take into account that trees grow. And do a cracking job of disrupting wireless signals. Weather is also a pain in the bum.
Potential cost, £300 for parts to do it cheaply. Might be able to get second hand significantly cheaper from Ebay. I would generally charge around £2000 to do this for a commercial job.
Or, pay £20 a month for a new telephone line/router over in the other building.
70-80m is a reasonable distance for ISM band radio, especially if you cannot guarantee line of sight.0 -

However if this building is the shed at the bottom of your garden then you could just buy 100m of cheap cat6 at £15, or the proper external stuff for about £70
you could lay a galvanised steel pipe underground to protect it, or you could support the cable on a steel guide wire0 -

No the building is access a public road. Line of sight: The trees may obstruct to some extent0 -
galv steel pipe is overkill. Underground twinwall plastic duct would be more appropriate, will probably cost less and will certainly be easier to handle. Use duct grade cable too. It does not need to be armoured.f

The actual telephone line is unimportant as we have mobiles. The wifi is what I really need in order to set up a Internet security camera. I think I may go for the cheapest BT telephone/broadband package which would give me inclusive BT Sport ?0

On the cheap: First thing I would get is the Alfa AWUS036H, and there are newer models, but there also are newer models that are more expensive and do not work as well as the old one. It is not all about power output and bandwidth, but is also about reception sensitivity too.

the word to google is 'bi-quad wifi' or 'biquad wifi' and you get stuff like below. just use a construction method that works for you.

Yes, I've seen the YouTube videos making wifi antennas but they all seem a bit Heath Robinson. Do they actually work ? I assume one antenna plugs into the Sky router and the other mounted on the remote building into the Alfa AWUS036H, which plugs into the Internet camera and/or laptop. Would an iPhone see it as well ?0
