terrible trouble getting orange to unlock iphone 4

Hi,
I wonder if anybody has any advice for me I would like orange to unlock my iPhone but they are taking ages. Anybody else would take 2 days or so to unlock a phone, so why are they taking so long? I have phoned them on a number of occasions and it is becoming frustrating. The customer service is very poor in my opinion. At this rate I certainly wouldn't recommend them to my friends or return to them in the future. Does anybody have any advice on how I can hurry them up to unlock my iPhone? Thank you!

Lots of people in the same boat, there are a number of posts on here every month.
As I understand it, there is now only one person at Orange processing all the iPhone requests. Which, I guess, is why its taking soooo long for them to go through.
You could try complaining to the Exec office.0
