Is it possible for a mobile bill error?
Hi everyone. Just signed up. Need help to answer this question. I am on a t-mobile contract of £32 a month, unlimited texts, Internet and 1000 minutes. My first bill was fine everything was as expected. My second bill was slightly higher at £58, but I did exceed my minutes, so it was fair enough. Now I've just received this months bill at £304 and I've probably used my phone less this month!
I tried calling to sort this out, I was told I exceeded my allowance by 4 hours. I said it works out you have charged me £75 an hour then? They said they charge 33p a minute, so it should have only come to £80?? They had no explanation for this!
I was just wandering what can be done about an inexplicably high phone bill? I rarely use the Internet, only use it when I'm on wifi. Is it possible there is an error with the bill? Has this ever happened to anyone before?
Thanks

Do you have a breakdown of the bill? 08 numbers, directory enquiries, international etc cost more. Your bill should state exactly what you have used but the bill will show your charges excluding VAT. If you can reply with the costs and amount of mins used that are chargeable as well as the types of numbers you rang and it will be easier for us to judge if this is an error.0
