I was delayed about 12 hours a few years ago on a lanzarote to manchester flight because of a blown tyre as we were about to take off, does this count as an extraordinary circumstance or can I claim delay compensation ?

Judge Justice Vauban finds in your favour. But you should be aware not all judges will. Hope that answers your question?0 -

His Honour Bill's Friend couldn't be arsd to read the bundles, but finds against Kevkevkevkevkev and in favour of Mr Cook. Thoroughly decent chap, that Cook. Went up the Zambezi with him on the great Lion hunt of 1892. Bagged two slow moving elephants and a stationary tour guide. Tally-ho!0
