Sky 50% offer through MSE problem

I used the 50% off sky for 12 months offer through MSE in april. ive checked my account abnd ive been paying full price. i spoke to sky and they say that the offer was never placed on my account, even though when i signed up they gave me the 50% off price. they are now saying that my account doesn't have this offer on and because the offer was through a retailer (MSE) i cant do anything about it. surely this isnt right, i joined sky because of this offer, i cant afford to be paying full price and im locked in for a year. what can i do? i also never recieved my M&S voucher. I was promised this wonderful deal and now im locked into a contract they aren't interested. Can anybody help? i never recieved an email from MSE confirming my code number, it just took me straight to the website and cut the price. any help would be appreciated.
