Monarch, How can I find out if the reason for not upholding my claim is true.

[FONT=&quot]Monarch airlines refused to accept our claim when our flight was delayed by over 3 hours. Their excuse was the aircraft was struck by a ground handling vehicle which caused damage rendering the aircraft unserviceable, so as the delay was [/FONT][FONT=&quot]caused by an extraordinary circumstance that could not have reasonably been prevented by Monarch Airlines. I am sure they have a vast library of reasons as to why they will not pay out on claims but how can we check this is true. The CAA will not help due to the fact it was a return flight to the UK and not from the UK. Who can I contact next?.[/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]

You can contact MCOL and start court proceedings - you are unlikely to get a satisfactory result otherwise.
