Help with Using Flightstats.........

I am trying to locate the flight numbers for two flights I took to Crete in 2012 and 2011. From using this website I know I have to access the Flightstats website to search for the flight numbers. Can anyone tell me just how I am supposed to do that.? When I enter the details and try and search by either airport, flight or route it just comes up with a blank.? On one attempt the result came back to say that only "historical records relating to the US" are retained for searching purposes.
Any suggestions greatfully received while I still have some hair left to pull out. :rotfl:

Thankyou.

have you signed up and logged in?
Once you have done that the box on the right allows you to check by flight, by airport or by route
  • Hello Caz - Yes I have "signed up" for the Flightstats website and have a user name etc. I just do not seem to be able to get any useful information out of the website. What am I supposed to do.?
Could anyone on here let me have an "idiot's guide" to finding a flight number on Flightstats - the date was in September 2012 so its not exactly ancient history.

    Thankyou in advance 1960VB

    1. Log in
    2. Select flight status by route on the right hand box
    3. Enter the origin and destination airports, plus date of flight
    4. Click search and see the flights that come up for that day.
