E2Save have reduced this phone to £4.99pcm with 200 xnet anytime minutes on Orange. Go through Rpoints and get a further £15 off. There's also the referral scheme that gives £30 for a referral at present. I'm not sure if you can use the referral and Rpoints at the same time (anyone know?). If so you're looking at say £2.49pcm - if the referral cash is split.
The 6230 is about to be superceded by the 6230i - hence the deal.
EDIT - No you cannot combine referral and Rpoints - but you get get £20 cash rather than £15 in Rpoints by using a referral for E2Save from the Referrals Board.

Do you know with these kind of deals, can you or do you give a month or 30 days notice just before the start of month 12 ? Therefore, will you still be credited the final payment to you on month 12's bill, even though you have terminated the contract ??
I've clicked on your link, but cannot see the £20 off you mention0 -
Yes - you can terminate at month 12 and will receive the cashback. The further £20 off - is if you use a referral to E2Save, just use the referrers board to find a referral.0
