  • Long-ish day for me today - Afghan night last night, Harmondsworth Detention Centre hearing today (whcih is near Heathrow). Sam was here today, her last day until a week next Monday.

Spoke to OH, who was a bit frustrated because the judge was ill most of the day today, so he was stuck in Edinburgh on his own, without anything else to do (he had to stay at the court until 4.30pm, so couldn't go sightseeing).
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Poor oh NDG. My DH, otoh, is happy. He went to 0 2 centre and got a ticket for depeche mode he's walking in now, all decided half an hour ago. :). No gym tonight.

Especially when everything was mean to be sold out, he just thought he'd try on the door just in case. The guy is made of luck and whipped cream.

( he did say he was hungry though as had only eaten a bunch of parsley all day.....and he's not keen on they junk food upstairs at O2, but....you know, life comes in a box marked compromise. Ad if the compromise is eating chips mid week most people would chocke them down, right?

    Still browsing winter coats .....

Found this...which is not suitable but did make me wish I was ten years younger.it looks like a rabbits bottom.

We have had 16 pet rabbits over the years.

I can say with some authority that this coat needs a cluster of pea sized black beads and some yellowing stains if it is to truly look like a rabbits bottom.

    A just bathed rabbit then.:)

We only had one rabbit. He was hilarious, A real boob man, had a thing for my mother. But I wouldn't have another, I'm not confident I can provide good enough situation for them to meet their needs.

There is a Gaucho. Gaucho is the opposite of Junk food!

Just got back from London. The front if our house looks a little different to the way I left it this morning! I'd take a picture if it weren't pitch black.

I don't know what time it ends, it he's got to get back home ......not sure he'll have time to sit and eat lomo and chimmichurri :), so I was saying he should just get that stuff from the kiosks at the top......

    But maybe he'll have time.:)

I finally saw a winter coat I liked apart from its real fur (no thanks) and hopelessly impractical even if it were fake fur. (Drags along the grou d like a king's clock. ) I sent a picture to DH and he said it looked rude.

So, back to thinking no coat.
