At work I had my 360 feedback today. I feel very happy with it/me on the whole . What I need to work on / recognise is that my enthusiasm and persuasive ways can overwhelm others..aka that I can overtalk/squish other's ideas:o.

Tomorrow my team and I spend the morning 'learning' from our individual and collective strengths...and areas/techniques to impove our influencing skills.

Fwiw, here you don't overwhelm at all. I will never forget your kindness in trying to enable me to get to a doctor soonest last year, when you were spread thin enough as it was.

    I like you. :)

    I'm in a grump too :o

the boiler problem was only a loose fitting and i've spent 2 mornings at home waiting for men to tighten a nut.

today was particularly bad because I had a lot of work to do and was already grumpy when i arrived at work. and then it all went downhill from there :(

Put me on the grumpy list too.

I'm also having a carb and chocolate fest of a day....

Can only mean one thing :(

I ate a blue steak today. All I want is blood.:o (And actually, I do want chocolate too) Its not natural. (I think its because I'm off my iron pills, but it seems a little basic a transference of craving.....only another week off iron I think :D

I dislike BBQ Christmases. Not as much a I dislike hot meal Christmases in stinking heat. The simple answer is to be in uk.

I would spend Christmas here as a child:

In the build up it was a tradition to go out in your pjs to see the Christmas lights on the Boulevard:

For Christmas I even got a polystyrene kiddie surfboard.

We had a hot meal Christmas day and a leftovers beach barbie on Boxing Day.
