Samsung Not Honouring Warranty

I am physically disabled, housebound, wheelchair bound and suffer from kidney failure and anaemia.
I purchased the GT-N7000 in 3rd August 2012, because I needed to keep in regular contact with the hospital via email/text/voice, since then the handset developed a fault twice and I sent it for repairs using the warranty service. However after the 2nd time I realised the faults were still there but now the internal memory had been altered from 32GB to 16GB.
I asked for a replacement handset under the warranty agreement, ‘The liability of Samsung Electronics (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the product under warranty’,. I have been refused a replacement.
Please can you help as I have complied with everything that was asked of me and I am now in need of a reliable handset.

They don't have to offer you a replacement.
Have they refused to offer you a repair?
What was the fault you had both times? Did you contact Samsung about the difference in space?
Not too sure what your disabilities/illness has to do with the matter
You might get more luck asking for this to be moved to the consumer rights section.0 -

Did you buy from Samsung ??
Samsung's warranty is usually a 24 month limited warranty in addition to the vendors liability / warranty .

If you are reliant on mobile communications, it would make sense to have a back-up handset. Buy a cheap pay as you go mobile which is compatible with your network provider and SIM (because you get get different sizes of SIM card) and when you send your Samsung in for replacement use the cheap pay as you go as a backup by putting your SIM in it.0
