BA have responded to my initial claim for a delayed flight with BMIbabyin 2011. Unfortunately I had no booking information nor boarding passes but I sent my credit card statement for the flight [told it was insufficient] and told them the reason for the delay, which I learned whilst in the flight lounge [problem with a part which had to be flown from Knock in Ireland]. Is there any way in which I can proceed with my claim? Does BA have access to the flight manifest which would show my parties names?

Airlines wont make it easy for you to claim. Of course they know you were on the flight (if they really don't, well they cant prove you were not on it either!), they just want you to go away. Read the FAQs - you can make a subject access request under the data protection act....0
