LPG on a park home site

Hi everyone
I have joined the forum and it has been a real eye opener for me. I live on a park home site and many of the residents are elderly and vulnerable so as a 'young' retired I want to help them with the constant fight to get the price of our LPG to the best possible low.
We currently pay 70ppl with a standing charge of £13.65 per quarter for hire of the tank. From reading all the posts on here I see that we seem to be getting ripped off. There is always such secrecy around the costs of everything. We never know who is our supplier is and the 'true' cost of the LPG. We all feel that someone is pocketing a large proportion of our payments.
With the new Park Home act coming into effect, we can now ask to see the contract and monthly bill showing the price they charge us - lets hope we see something good. In the meantime is anyone out there living on the park home site and can give me an indication of what it costs them per litre.
Thanks for your help and assistance. I am enjoying reading all the info that everyone posts.
Cheers :T
