I saw that after I had posted - went and looked but there's loads of stuff in there and I can't be sure of the time it happened, it was this morning. I need to wait till it does it again - will be tomorrow I expect.0

without the blue screen it could be anything, but my guess would be rapport or avg
uninstall rapport and avg, install avast free and malwarebytes free, both available from filehippo, scan with malwarebytes
