    I saw that after I had posted - went and looked but there's loads of stuff in there and I can't be sure of the time it happened, it was this morning. I need to wait till it does it again - will be tomorrow I expect.

    without the blue screen it could be anything, but my guess would be rapport or avg

    uninstall rapport and avg, install avast free and malwarebytes free, both available from filehippo, scan with malwarebytes

    Could you go back and look at post #7 somebody please, and see if I've done that right? I uninstalled rapport and AVG now, and installed Avast.

    Post 7 won't tell us anything .... that was at 14:17 ,
    and I am not sure that uninstalling AVG and Rapport will make any difference, but hey until you post the reasons for the BSOD we will still be in the dark.
