Blue screen

Laptop is crashing and showing a blue screen now nearly every day, started a couple months ago and getting steadily worse. It says something about a "memory dump". I defrag this regularly, I use Crap Cleaner everytime I switch it off. I've never had this happen before with any of the laptops - any idea what's wrong? Thanks xx

without any mention of what's on the blue screen, noone knows.

But I do know defrag is pointless, and neither defrag or ccleaner will stop a blue screen

If you've got a phone with camera or digital camera, photograph the screen next time it happens, and post the photo on here. It should be legible with any half decent camera.
