I have my dispatch times set to 1 day, but they definitely didn't have the F&F symbol till I changed to first class.

Will list some more tomorrow and see if I can get it with RM48.

Well, something on your listings cannot be correctly indexed, across 4 ids on various (none being first class) we have the green lorry.

Don't take what anyone at ebay tells you as correct (ever). Check the link above and if you comply ring ask why it isn't showing.

Played around with a listing and I definitely can't get the logo by using RM48. I can however, get it with Parcelforce 48.

Rules to qualify state that if you dispatch within 1 day, you can use the following services

Standard Services (1-2 days)

• Royal Mail 1st Class Standard
  
• Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
  
• Parcelforce 48
  
• Other 48 Hour Courier
  

Express Services (1 day)

• Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Day
  
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 9:00 am
  
• Royal Mail Tracked Next Day
  
• Parcelforce 24
  
• Other 24 Hour Courier
  

Obviously Ebay think that Parcelforce's 48 hour service is faster than Royal Mail's

I don't have RM48 I have RMT48 but don't know why that would make a difference, but I have same day dispatch.

So if you are using RM48, you need 'same day' dispatch as per the link I gave you.

If you have 1 day dispatch, then you need any of the following, and that means you cannot deviate, regardless. All I will say is that 1st Class Standard/Recorded is not RM48 so am not sure why you would think 1 day dispatch and RM48 would give you the green lorry?

Interestingly for my TRS requirements in the pop up box I now appear to have one more listing that qualifies than I ought to have- they appear to be counting 1st class as an enhanced/guaranteed service. It must be that as that is the only other listing with free postage!

There's a thread on the PS board (and I think there was an announcement). You WILL get TRS until 20 August if you have 1st class, as the glitch in the system is counting it as 'express' until then.

This is how they confuse me!

I am already a TRS and getting a discount on *all* my listings as the new requirements don't take effect yet..I was trying to get ahead of things and experiment with free postage to see how it goes.

So the glitch doesn't actually apply as the new rules don't come into effect until the date of the fix on the 20th August.

I *think the new TRS came in on 1st August. The new badge won't be in until September. But the glitch came in on 1st and will last until 20th August.

Well, that's how I read it!
