friday morning maintenance

I do hope it is just the usual Friday morning maintenance causing issues, but having finally got a bit of motivation yesterday I listed a handful of new stock to comply with the new TRS requirements. I thought I should give it a try pending the change in rules.
This morning though the total number of listings is correct, but only 1 item shows on the dashboard pop up as 'eligible'.
However all the new listings have the following:
a free postage option
a special delivery option
1 day despatch
14 day return policy
fingers crossed it shows up properly later

It takes a while to catch up. I updated some of mine last night, but the qualified listings hasn't changed yet. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0

The pop up gives you the date it was working from, which is up to 48 hours behind.
However, there are well documented threads on PS boards to do with this giving incorrect info along with the bulk edit information giving false negative readings.0 -
Thank you, my pop up is still saying none eligible- but it has only been 24 hours or so since I listed them so I will be patientI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The free option does not need to be 1st class.
I now have one eligible despite them all having the same criteria , so maybe they are finally updating slowly. I am going to leave it until day 3 and then Give Dublin a ring and ask.
The requirements are:
On each listing, you must offer:
A minimum returns period of 14 calendar days, using the new way of specifying your returns policy.
1-day or same-day dispatch
An express delivery option – offering delivery within 1 day.
A free delivery option.
I've got the updated returns, 1 day despatch , and in postage I have free postage via 2nd class, plus 1st class, special delivery or airmail.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Sorry, I must have misunderstood. I was trying to get the fast and free symbol on my listings and in order to qualify for that your free option must be first class.
I changed about 25 of mine yesterday so that they qualify, and my seller dashboard is showing that I only comply on 2, so there is definitely a delay. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever

Ah yes, no, I am not going for fast and free just seeing if I can retain the TRS discount on a few of my listings once the requirements change.
I can't see anything wrong with my listings, and one does now show as eligible. I'm getting very tired of trying to jump through all the hoops and ebay not doing what they say they will.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. UPDATE- just spoken to Dublin who say they have had some customers with incorrect info on the pop up box and are aware of an issue.
I have to ignore the pop up as once the requirements are in force the system will automatically give the discounts for eligible listings.
OK then, so they can't get the system to work yet we are all going to have our fees 'judged' by a similar system.
interestingly the rep appeared to suggest the system works on the free post part of the listing, nothing else. He appeared to be gently suggesting that free post alone should trigger the discount ..or maybe they don't quite get it yet.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I changed some of my listings and they didn't come up as fast and free. I phoned Dublin who checked and said that to qualify for the fast and fre logo, my free delivery had to be first class. I changed my listings and they then qualified. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever
