HELP!! i was delayed 24hrs back in 2011 but don't remember flight number....?!?!

Can someone help me.....back in Oct 2011 me and my 2 children were delayed 24hrs coming home from palma to Aberdeen. we were offered nothing and it was airlines fault as something was wrong with plane. Unfortunately i can't remember flight number.....think it was first choice i booked through. where do i start trying to make a claim.....please help me:-/

Start with the FAQs (at the start of each airline thread) you will see details on flightstats and if you register you will be able to check the route and date to see what comes back.
You then claim from the airline (probably reading the specific airline thread first)0
