Im confused about flight delayes

I booked a holiday with lowcostholidays,flights time what they give me
was @ 17;50 we got to the airport to be told that they had no flight at that time but @ 22;00! ok we waited for 4 hours,but the lowcostholiday send me an e-mail with the new times for the flight
on our way back the flight was at 05.55 we waited for 20min on the line to be told that my name was not on the list and we have to waite some more,when they checked in all the passengers they called me got our passports went up and down for allmost an hour until they decided to let us on the flight with 4 kids no sleep tired
so who is to blame here???

    Your post doesn't make much sense. Who did you fly with - lowcostholidays are a travel agent, not an airline. Did the agent give you incorrect flight times, but the actual flight took off at the time it was supposed to? If so, your complaint is with the travel agent and you need to take it up with them.

    Suggest you start with the FAQ's at the start of each thread.

    I thought so! travel agent gave me incorrect times,but is there anything I can do if I contact them?

    Very doubtful you will get any compensation from (whatever) airline concerned. Contact Low Cost in the first place to see why they provided you with incorrect flight times (I presume you have all this in writing) - at least the times they gave you were prior to the departure times!
  • Did you check all your emails when you received confirmation? Didn't you notice that the times they told you were different to what was on your tickets? Speak to LowCost. This has nothing to do with the airline.
