can't get internet connection

You've probably already tried this but under mobile networks there should be an option that says "Packet data" or "mobile data" with a tick box next to it. Is that ticked?

There is an option that says 'Data enabled'. That box wasn't ticked so I've now ticked it and I think that it may now be working. I've turned Wifi off and I can still get an internet connection. I can only think that I must have unticked that box at some point, either accidentally or because I thought there was a reason to (although I can't imagine what that reason would be!)

I'm a bit of a technophobe when it comes to mobiles (as I'm sure you can tell!) Thanks so much for your help and patience with me. :T

That's usually the first thing you check haha. I just assumed that was the first thing you'd done. :rotfl:
