I have come across these guys through advertisments on ebay........I think it's unfair to assume straight away they are con artists without actually dealing with them. When i was looking for a new car, i gave them a ring because they were very local to me, and alhough i didnt pursue my sale with them, they offered nothing but good advice to me.

The only thing that worried me at all was that if they had delivered the car that i wanted ......what if after seeing it I dont really want it? Obviously you telll them a spec , they deliver, so should be no question about you changing mind? But car buying is like that, you may go and see a car that ticks all the right boxes, but still something persuades you its not right. I did ask this , but told that it would be spec i asked for, but perjaps Warren can confirm what would happen in a case like this?

I dont think there is any substitute for trawling garages / paper etc and doing the footwork. the cars acubed seem to supply are those that any small dealer might have from the car leasing firms .....high mileage, but looked after.

Yes, in doing the footwork we as a company can serve you better, if someone is looking for a small family hatchback for about 6k and are not sure which one then we can't realy help, you would be better off with a car supermarket where you can view multiple vehicles at the same time. However if you want a Renault megane dynamique 1.6 VVT in black for 6k then we can help. Without the internet and the massive amount of information available to help you make a choice we couldn't have a business. You can sit for hours researching a vehicle and you will end up knowing more about it than your average car saleman(who has to know a bit about everything) and what you should be paying for it.

In the finish, if the car we provide (to your specification) dosn't feel right then we cannot(or couldn't) force you to take it. vehicles are delivered by drivers who will wait while you inspect and help to complete the paperwork( its nothing like inviting a double glazing saleman into your home i promise)

  • I was looking for a certain car, these guys advertise on eBay & elsewhere so you will come across them...
but I didn't have a great experience using them.

No money changed hands at all so I certainly wasn't ripped off, its just I went to them instead of the car being delivered & the guy who's based in the office had the worst customer service Iv ever seen! All I got was attitude, name calling amid other rude comments and was finally advised to get off his property. All for no reason.

From what I know of them they are a legitimate company, the guys I dealt with were in fact very helpful, just the one bloke in the office cost his colleague a sale.
