Assuming that the money was taken from a card using a CPA then the customer has the right to cancel it via their bank. But this will only cancel the right of the company to take the money - it does not cancel the contract that they entered into with company, who have the right to chase for payment by another means if the contract has not been cancelled properly.Soleil_lune wrote: »Nobody has any right to continue to take your money.
Yes they do if you have given them permission to do so, which is what has happened in this case - the T&Cs say that the payment will renew and that is what the customer agrees to when they sign up.0 -

I can see you're having the same MSE double posting problem that I have. Anyone know if this is a bug they're fixing. It often seems to try and reload the page and double post.0 -
I reported a similar issue in the Techie board ... although in my case I get the "30 seconds" warning, so my posts only actually appear once.0

Didnt have an issue cancelling my subscription, I rang the number provided, asked to cancel, they asked why I was leaving so I told them and they cancelled the account straight away. You have to call someone not do it online.
Also I met my Husband (married this year) on Match.com so I would hardly call this site a scam.......0 -
I met a lass on match.com. To say she was "not as described" was a massive underestimation.
lol, that sounds like an interesting story, care to elaborate?
I was on match.com and found it rubbish, I was also stung with the autorenewalso I changed my profile and said what I thought of match.com and "winked" hundreds of birds
