15 Hours delay due to negligence

In June 2012, connecting flight was delayed 15 hours because 360 Travel Tours and/or Air China failed to inform us of the flight cancellation that was made 2 months before our flight. I made a complaint as soon as we got back here but CAA gave me hope for the first few months then just stopped. I contacted ATOL but the ATOL number given by the travel agent does not exist. Then contacted ABTA only to find out that CAA is not responsible for this kind of complaint. I've asked around but no one seemed to give me the right answer. I am losing hope but I really want to fight for it! Please help . . .

It is your responsibility to reconfirm flight times. Chalk it up to experience.
