Has anyone any experience of this?
I have a question about raising a complaint through the 'CAA' of France. Has anyone done this and can you advise? I have gone to the French DGAC website via the UK CAA website but my French is not good enough!
The CAA will not deal with flights originating from outside of the UK as I guess you all know.

The CAA don't even seem to be dealing with flights originating from INSIDE the UK at the moment.
You can raise a complaint through the CAA, DGAC, the European Parliament, your MP and maybe even by writing to Esther Rantzen.
But the experience of hundreds of people here is until you get serious with the airline you are just wasting time and postage stamps.0 -

As FOB says - waste of time. I believed having a letter from the Spanish NEB supporting my position would help in Court - it didn't as the Judge kindly advised > no letter from the CAA/NEB is worth the paper it is written on as it has no standing in UK law.0 -
I never heard anything from DGAC.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0
