Package Deal - Flight delay

What is the situation with regard to a package deal with a major tour operator if the airline they used no longer exists?! Does the tour operator have any liability?

    Sweet Jesus. When it says in the FAQs "AIRLINE BUST = NO CLAIM" it doesn't mean "UNLESS YOU BOOKED THROUGH A TOUR OPERATOR, IN WHICH CASE YOU'RE STILL OWED A STACK LOAD OF CASH". Unfortunately, for you.

    As far as I am aware if the airline no longer exists then you cannot claim
