I travelled to Egypt from NI in Dec 2010. We had a 4 hr delay on the runway due to a Technical problem in Sharm El Sheikh. I think we should be entitled to compensation but I dont have the Thomas Cook Flight number. Can I still claim and if so, how do I go about getting the flight number?

I think you were probably on TCX565.
It was delayed twice that month though, once on the 7th and then again on 21st December 2010.0
