Best way to raise Billing Query with TalkTalk

TalkTalk have screwed up my bill and are trying to over-charge me. I have spoken to several people on the phone but the problems have only partially been resolved. I'm not happy as I have wasted over an hour of my time on this already.
What is the best way to get this sorted? I looked at the TalkTalk Members Forum but wasn't sure where to post and there seem to be messages about it moving and most of it is read only.
Do you think I'm best waiting for the new forum to be available or shall I persevere with the phone? Is there any email support available anywhere else?
Cheers.

If you want a happy future cancel your talk talk account as soon as possible. Talk Talk staff have been infected by the stoopid virus and are trying to pass it on to their customers. Ask Dido harding the chairman of the company that doesnt give a *hit.:D0

I came to the conclusion that all BB providers were as bad as each other so I may as well go with the cheapest (plenty of issues with BT too). I'm pretty happy with my connection, and they can't argue with the billing balls up, I just want to find the quickest way of getting it rectified.0
