T-Mobile issue

Hi all,
I took out a sim only contract with t-mobile in January 2013
I cancelled 5 calender days later over the phone.
It is logged on their system as having happened on 4.2.13
For some reason since then they have no cancelled me and due to a bank change I didn't keep up with the fact that they were still charging me - yet their system clearly states I put a request in.
Within the 7 day cooling off, which is mandatory for all of these types of businesses they say you can cancel over the phone (on t-mobile.co.uk)
They are now going to authorise a credit ref agency/ debt collector to come after me for the supposed contract I have (which I stopped using in feb and was told to chuck away).
I'm wondering if you have any advice?
I have full evidence of purchase and every time I try to phone them they put me on hold.
So I have written a letter which I will post today, outlining that I want my money back, a written bill of usage and for any further contact to cease or I will get CISAS involved.
I have dated, videod and emailed the letter to myself and someone else for proof incase this goes bad.
Is there anything else I should do - etc?
Thanks

In my experience T-Mobile ignored or were very slow to respond to snail mail.
I would also print the letter to PDF and email it to:
executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com
and cc the CEO
olaf.swantee@ee.co.uk
With regards to CISAS, you'll need to wait 8 weeks from when you first complained to T-Mobile about the issue, unless they provide you a dead-lock letter, which is unlikely.0
