Hi i know we have been delayed a few times on some flights but i dont remember the details etc or who we flew with on one of them, so how do i go about trying to get this information before trying to claim??

If there was enough of a delay to cause you a great deal of inconvenience, and to qualify for compensation, then I'm sure you will remember.
Or is this just your latest attempt to make some money? I suppose last week you went through any minor shunts you have had to try a 'no win no fee' claim?0
