Flight Delay - Thomas Cook

Hi, this is my first 'thread' so I hope it shows in the right forum!!
My flight departure was delayed by 188 mins, just over 3 hours, but the actual arrival, when the plane landed was a delay of 158 mins (2h38m).
Does this mean I would not be eligible for the cash compensation?
Many thanks
