CCJ for parking fine advice please

    It is not often this forum advises people to pay parking charges, but I think this is one occasion when that is good advice.

    Check with the court on the correct procedure for making the payment, to make sure that the CCJ is in fact removed from your record.

    And for goodness sake, make sure you don't miss this deadline!

    When done, does the op have to contact Experian etc to ensure its not recorded by them?

    England and yes I shall ring up confirm and pay ad deal with a month of being extra tight, deinatly not worth the ccj on my record and I certainly have Learnt to not be so foolish!

    Also thank you very muh for the advice and help, this is a great site I've started looking round as I have debt from wen I was made redundant a couple years ago and think its time to really try resolve it all
