When I last sold a house the buyers' solicitor send a long form of questions to our solicitor which was then passed on to us. Amongst those I'm sure there was one asking if there was any history of subsidence. This looked like a standard comprehensive list of questions many of which were not relevant to the our particular house.0

The TA6 form completed by the seller has recently been replaced; I thought there was a subsidence question on the old form, but there doesn't appear to be one on the new form (which is a little odd) - so it would appear that there isn't a standard question on this.0

there was no subsidence question on the form we filled out and returned recently Yorkie , nor a specific question about JK
(for interest sake)
Sorry , wanted to edit , there IS a question regards JK on the latest TA6 form , but nothing ref subsidenceNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -

It seems astonishing that there is no subsidence question. There is a specific question about Japanese knotweed (7.8).0
