Evening all!
Today is NSD # 9. I had to exchange something today and even managed to avoid going into the one next door full of lovely clothes! Tomorrow will not be the same.
Hope everyone is having a lovely bank holiday weekend!0 -

i'd go with just an ordinary one Beanie, in fact I'd perhaps get a couple of smaller sized ones (say 4GB) rather than one large one. They get used / swapped / lost so easily it would be worse for DS to lose / misplace one that had everything on than as opposed to 'some stuff' . Perhaps get different coloured ones if poss so DS can have one for X / Y / Z and not get them mixed up (don't want to be putting photos of the Freshers week up instead of a study presentation :rotfl:)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I have the veggie one, even though it's, ooh, a couple of decades (and the rest) since I was a student, my nephew and niece bought it for me for Christmas, and it's got lots of lovely - and simple - recipes, using basic cooking equipment and ingredients. There's no measuring or weighing involved, everything is done with a cup. I'll try and post a piccie of the recommended cooking equipment and store cupboard essentials from the book.

Or once you've got your cooking utensils list sorted out, maybe ask around friends and family? They may have stuff they no longer use that they're willing to donate.
A hand blender is good, can turn anything into soup:)
I actually had a food processor, a really basic model, but ended up using it a lot, and only recently 'retired' it (or, sold it on fleabay) when I got a better one.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'
