Orange 24 month contract just ended, being charged for calls?
                    Hi Folks,
I've been charged for calls now my contract has ended, yet my texts are still free inline with my recently ended contract. This has never happened before, previous contracts just kept rolling after the end date. Its very sneaky, Orange didn't notify me about this at all.
Is there anything I can do about it do you think its mistake?
Any advice much appreciated
Thanks

i assume you havn't gone over your current limit ?
contracts dont just end and should just roll on. It sounds like a mistake, as if the contract did end, you wouldn't get any connection at all and certaintly not get your free text0

Could be an error, or it could be that you were given X minutes as a free addon for 24 months and that bundle has now expired?
When I renewed a while back I was given and extra 200 minutes for 18 months, at that point they automatically dropped off the acc...0

Same thing happened to me last year, Orange told me my bundle ended a couple months before the minimum term as I had upgraded early the previous year and had the last few months added on the end of the minimum term. They told me the plan I was on was a one off tariff offered by retentions the previous year and the parts of that bundle and the loyalty discount were time limited for 18 months even though I had a minimum term of 20 months. I was told there was nothing CS could do and I would have to pay for every single call, text and Mb.
This and the very poor retentions offer to renew made me decide to end my relationship with Orange after 7 years and 8 months0
