You've not answered my question because you have no answers thats why. They can only find out as much as I'm willing to tell them.

Thats poor advice because its not as simple as that! Some of us actually need JSA inbetween jobs and contracts.

Not poor at all - sign off don't have to go. Sign on - have to go!

So then the answer is yes you have to go to it till the day you sign off or you were wanting a different answer?

Why not point out that you have a job already lined up (and are of course actively job seeking for temporary posts before this starts) and ask not to be sent on a course you will not finish. Seems easier than antagonising the organisers by reading the rule book at them - not that it is a bad thing to find out chapter and verse to quote if needed.

Can the WP find out where you got a job if you dont tell the Jobcentre? I signed the consent form, it became very unpleasant when I said I didn't want to sign it so in the end I signed it.
Can they find out through your NI?
