Just what I was thinking, you have to question the thinking of a family member who says something like that. Do they have an agenda? Are they the sort of person who likes a bit of friction/gossip/real trouble? Are they jealous of the OP and her relationship?

same sort of thing happened with me couple months back, i got told this lad asked for her number, let it go, she went to party couple months later (bout 2 weeks ago) and well there together now.,.. see my thread "we need space" - be careful with stuff like this ... lol

Warning bells clanging here! its a lose-lose situation if your OH is the jealous type!
you know him best - how will he react if you say - oh you know that party I went to? well **** texted me to say that ****** took a bit of a shine to me and was I interested?
I too think there is a bit of stirring going on. watch your back - and perhaps avoid these situations in future?

I read the link about a previous thread of yours and remember that thread well. I am wondering if your family member thinks you would be better off with someone else?
