Hello,
I have been on the T-mobile sim only 600 mins, 500texts, unltd internet and a booster for 2 years paying £8.38pm. This time they are not willing to renew it at the same discount. The best they have offered is £14.50 for the same tariff.
However they have offered me the full monty sim only for £16.00 pm for 12 months. This includes calls to Lyca and Lebara and free voicemail. I am in a fix because the three one plan is £15.00 pm for 12 months with quidco of £63 to be had. Or Virgin VIP unltd everything for £15 pm 1 month rolling contract.
Does anyone have any experience on the three or virgin contracts please?

three and virgin are both ok.
Three has a fast 3g network and will offer 4g to its customers for free when its up and running but customer services are not the best (but could be the worst). Virgin is not a network, they are a service provider running on t-mobile, so signal etc should be much of a muchness. Customer services IIRC is uk based. If you keep on doing what's you've always done, you'll keep on being what you've always been...:think:0 -

I have been told told basically that I am an unprofitable customer and I have been issued with my PAC. I have heard too many horror stories about 3 CS. Virgin media even though they say there is no FUP , do have a 3.5GB one. Besides Idon't know whether Virgin will charge for Lyca and Lebara since they use EE network; even though they said they don't.
Decisons, decisions! I am leaning towards the full monty for £16 .You can have God without religion!0 -
I was on the same deal (advised by this site iirc) - used the online chat with t-mobile & got the same deal (£11.20 ish a month inc VAT) & if I paid £90 upfront got a Galaxy s3 mini too! - Use online chat - it's better than any deal in the shops.
I tried 2 - the 1st one just quoted me the standard price for new customers. The 2nd to be fair, gave it a go, but his system wouldn't / couldn't match the online chat offer.0 -
I have opted for the full monty at £16, however just been called by retentions and been informed that apparently the full monty does not include calls to Lebara and Lyca.
Been offered 1000mins, ultd texts and 3Gb internet including calls to lyca and lebara and inclusive voicemail for £12pm on a 12 month contract. It is usually £16 on their website. I have accepted it because she gave me her email in the event of any queries. I also have 7 days to change my mind .What do you think? You can have God without religion!0
