I know, that's not what I said

I said that when you ask (as the vendor) your MA for the "leasehold sales pack" for your property, the information that you get back from the MA does not routinely contain details of future expenditure.

(and if they are as shoddy as the ones that I have been dealing with you don't get a copy of the insurance cert or the most recent set of accounts either)
