How much sleep do you get?

We are usually in bed by 10 and 9 times out of 10, I'm asleep within about five mins lol. I love my sleep so much! Husband is normally asleep by half 10, he normally watches 20 mins of TV before nodding off. Our alarm goes off at half 6... I would say we do get enough but me being me could probs do with a little extra haha!Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0

I used to go to bed at anywhere between 10 and midnight and the alarm would go off at 6.30 during the week (hubby's alarm could go off anywhere from 5.00 - 7.00). At weekends, we'd sleep til we woke up (bliss!!).
Nowadays, (with a 16 week old baby) I'm usually in bed after his supper feed at 10pm (so somewhere between 10.30 and 11.30 depending on how quickly he drinks!) and am up at 6.20 to make his first feed up - weekdays or weekends makes no difference. I'm very lucky though that the baby sleeps through the night, and has done from about 7 weeks, as I do need lots of sleep!Married my wonderful husband 31st July 2011 :j
Baby boy born April 2013 - and 2 became 3!

I sleep between 3 to 5 hours at night normally. Sometimes a little less and very occasionally a little bit more.
I have no idea what my alarm clock sounds like.0 -
During the week almost certainly not enough, 4 to 5 hours or so. Usually it's because I simply got to bed too late (if I make it before midnight I'm doing well). Sometimes though even when completely knackered sleep still doesn't come until well into the night.
I prefer to lie with the radio on at a low volume because somehow a totally silent room gives my mind freedom to churn over all my worries. Earlier this week I think the scheduler on the World Service must have had a particularly cruel sense of humour as they played an article about the troubles associated with not getting enough sleep just before the 2am news bulletin.
I used to enjoy listening to a DAB radio station called Chill which played the sort of stuff I'd associate with meditation but it stopped broadcasting a few years ago. No radio stations seem to play calming music in the dead hours - radio 3 once lulled me into a false sense of security with something quiet then blasted me awake with Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D minor (Phantom of the Opera theme/hammer horror music).
If anyone knows of a suitably calming music channel that can be received in east Scotland it would be good to know.0 -
I'm a self-employed night owl, so I wake up and start work around 10am and usually work through until 1-2am, so 8-9 hours' sleep. Sometimes I finish work as late as 6-7am, which can be painful because I have a rule about not sleeping later than 11.0

I'm a bit of a night-owl and tend to stay up till between midnight and 1am before going to bed. The kids make sure I'm awake again for 6am at the latest most mornings.
The missus on the other hand is usually in bed and snoring by 9.30pm....0
