Well feeling a bit rubbishy today, 2 days till payday and I guess my empty bank balance is depressing.

Just been offered some overtime at work for tomorrow and friday. I have said yes because if I am going to be serious about this debt busting I better damn well get working. At least I know at the end of august I will be able to clear the first chunk of this overdraft.

Feeling a bit down in the dumps because I'm skint and single and meh... Each day I make it through and dont increase my debt though is a good day for me!

Well after calculating what next months pay will be with the overtime I am a bit happier about saying yes! and it gets me out of the house and keeps me busy! :)

This overdraft will be gone before I know it :)

Awake for my overtime. Roll on this afternoon is all I can say! Infact no roll on sunday (next week) when I then have 2 weeks off :j Payday tomorrow though so I will be awake nice and early to pay the bills and then have a look at the little amount I do have left. But hey, on wards and up wards. The one thing I must do is check in here at least once a day so I don't get disheartened.

Evening all, well actually... hello anyone there :rotfl:

Overtime was hard today. I am already exhausted. damn. But i have said yes to another 8 hours worth. Must be mad, just thinking of this disappearing overdraft.

Made my first £20 payment on that today so I know officially my debt has gone down by £20.. this is the start.

I also told a dear friend about my struggles with my gambling (debt result of bleugh!) hopefully actually confiding that I am struggling will help me remain focused!

Family buying takeaway tonight, looking forward to an evening led in bed surveying and studying and then early night before a long weekend! Roll on 3pm monday! (I must be the only one wishing away her weekend!)

I dont know how long its going to take me to clear this debt, but if by some miracle i could be under £1000 by xmas I would be HAPPY!!!! :j Based on my figures in my sig that is £706 to go!! eeeeek :eek:

Thank you. I hope so :-). Got 7 weeks till I'm back at uni, so 7 weeks to make as much of a difference emotionally and financially as possible because my lack of control with money is because I'm unhappy. :(

Just a little message. Need my sleep before a long day tomorrow. Sweet dreams all that read :-) x

Well I didn't pop in yesterday, I was knackered. And last night I stayed up late stressing about this debt busting! I have an essay due tomorrow and a long day at work a head.

    URGHH!:(

This is just a tough patch tho, I will make it through. I have to make it through! :)

    Well hello,

had a couple of days without posting, well that was brilliant. So much for posting everyday. Oh well I am back now!

I have lots of free time at the moment so I am trying to find all the extra ways to increase my income. I have done £188 worth of overtime and have another 51.87 this week so I am quite happy. I will have more than doubled my wages this month so come the end of august I will hopefully be in a better situation!. Just got to make it through the next few weeks
