I am on a vodafone mobile contract just over half way through.when is the earliest I could cancel it or apply for an upgrade?
Is there anything in a basic mobile contract I could use?

The earliest you can upgrade your handset is 70 days before the end of your contract.
If you want to change your tariff, this can be done after 9mths of your contract0 -
so thats erm 2 months summat..
are you by any chance on same network?0
