Hi
I have an S3 and I transfer my photos in two ways, I either connect it to the PC, and then the phone shows as another drive, I go to the file and copy the photos over to the computer.
When I am out and about, I just press the photo I want to move, it then gives some options, I just press share via and then either add them to my Dropbox or Google + and then get my photos from there.
Hope that helps a bit.
