downloading photos from samsung galaxy s 3

hi guys

Please please help us this end

We have quite a few photos on our samsung galaxy s3 phone and want to download the photos over to our laptop.

Never any trouble before. This is the way we use to do it:

Plug in usb cable
Computer will state " download photos". Press this key and you can see the photos shot over.

Sadly this isn,t happening

Can anybody please help as to see where we are going wrong, or maybe we have downloaded them within the hour but can,t for the life of us find them

I could not access my S2 without it.

Download the Kies app from the app store.

Also download the Kies for your PC at http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/JSP

Install both then follow the instruction in the PC help file for connecting your phone via USB or WiFi.
