The photographs and the listing need completely re-doing.
Do a full de-clutter and tidy up, then redo the photos.
Photo 1 should be a front view without the BMW and wheelie bins out of sight.
Photo 2 a great shot of the living room that includes the dining table dressed for dinner.
Photo 3 a great shot of the kitchen including the space for a breakfast bar or small table.
    Photo 4 master bedroom
    Photo 5 en suite
    Photo 6 second bedroom
    Photo 7 children's room
    Photo 8 bathroom
Photo 9 garden showing playable garden for children and patio table with glasses on for entertaining.

Re do the listing without the room by room description, focusing on the selling points.

Drop the price to offers in excess of £69,950 in the hope of just getting some viewings.

If that doesn't work, read up about the letting possibilities and tax situation.

Thank you. That's been really useful and a great idea about lowering the price to in excess of.

Actually, have you done anything suggested in last month's thread? The advert looks unchanged.

If the agent won't update the listing - determine the agreement with that agent and get another one.

I did. I took all new pictures as the EA were dragging their feet to come out and do it themselves, I took them in on a USB drive and the only one they updated was the garden and added the extra room. I asked them why they didn't update the rest and she said it's because they get stretched when uploaded on to the website. When I reduced the price a few weeks back, I asked for them to come out and do new pictures. They said they would call me back to arrange, which they didn't. I've called 5 times asking for the same thing and still nothing. I would do the pictures myself again but they'll just say the same thing.

Sack them and get an agent that actually works for you.

Moving EA's is definitely something we're considering.

If it's a sunny day there today perhaps take some summer photos of the garden, could be useful for the next agent.

Considering that graphics are part of the stock in trade of an EA, cropping and resizing ought to be well within their grasp. I was thinking of suggesting giving them until Wednesday to sort it, but I would sack them on Monday purely for not being able to sort out some pictures.

That picture with the BMW as others commented previously is ghastly purely for the presence of the BMW - you really are seeing the property through Estate Agents eyes! If they cannot see that needs to be sorted, they need their eyes testing.
You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'

I wonder whether the OP cropped the pictures before giving to the EA. That may explain that.

    Agree re the BMW!
